Our services:
1. An initial assessment (called a Gateway Assessment) to determine the next step. All callers to the Bureau will be given this brief assessment (lasting between 10 - 30 minutes). It can be done in person (using the drop-in service) or on the telephone (using the AdviceLine number) below.
2. Following the Gateway Assessment and where an in-depth advice session is needed, a full appointment with an Adviser or Specialist Adviser will be made.
