The Ipswich and District CAB is pleased to announce that owing to additional government funding we are able to offer the following services as from 1st April 2010:
1.An initial assessment (called a Gateway Assessment) to determine the next step. All callers to the Bureau will be given this brief assessment (lasting between 10 - 30 minutes) and it can be done on the telephone (using the AdviceLine number) or in person (using the drop-in service), at the times given below.
2.Following the Gateway Assessment and where an in-depth advice session is needed, a full appointment with an Adviser or Specialist Adviser will be made, at the times given below.
